Mindcraft Volunteer Programme (MVP) Report.
Summary
About the Program:
The Mindcraft Volunteer Programme (MVP) is an annual initiative aimed at equipping volunteers with essential skills to work effectively within our organisation.
This programme not only supports Mindcraft’s mission to drive educational impact in underserved communities but also prepares volunteers for future success by providing hands-on, practical experience.

We actively encourage students and National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) members to volunteer across a wide range of departments, including Instruction, Media, Research, and Operations.
This structure allows volunteers to explore various roles, build diverse skill sets, and gain real-world experience in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
In 2023, we trained 15 volunteers to work across Lagos and Ibadan, focusing on leadership, communication, and program-specific skills. By 2024, the programme expanded to 18 volunteers, with training delivered both physically and virtually, ensuring broader accessibility and flexibility.
The core goal of the MVP is to make volunteers "future-ready" equipping them with practical skills that extend beyond their time with Mindcraft.
Many of our past volunteers have gone on to secure roles in leading companies, attributing their success to the valuable experience and mentorship they gained through the programme.
The MVP continues to grow as a launchpad for young changemakers, fostering a new generation of skilled, confident, and community-driven leaders.
